The main question in front of every business is whether to use a readymade website design template or get a custom web design by a website design studio.

The first factors to assess, when comparing the two options, are their features. In general, there are many different types of ready templates that you can use to create a site by yourself. In most cases, these ready to use website builders come with a content management system (CMS) which you can use without technical knowledge. They have customizable layouts as well. It is also standard for these templates to be search engine optimized.

A custom web design would be easy to manage and easy to change according your needs and requirements. The main additional feature that you will get, when opting for such a product, is a unique theme. Basically, the website design will reflect its purpose and your business goals. For example, if you have a tourism website, you would want it to have a theme that allows a lot of pictures images to be added on the pages. Even though templates are customizable, you might not be able to get the theme you want.

Another important factor to consider is the quality. Not all templates are of the same quality. Similarly, even if you get a custom web design, this does not guarantee that it will be better than a template. For this reason, you should judge every particular product and service on its own merits. Web templates need not be inferior to custom made products. In many cases, they have similar or even better quality, especially when they are developed by professional web designers and developers.

Categories:

1) Restricted block building. ( 4-6 people )
Players get 1 type of block to build with ( stuff made out of wood or stuff made out of nether materials, etc... ) 1 H.

Judging:

Looks
The usage ( just spamming blocks to make something or making stuff pretty )
Craftable things ( how mutch different types of blocks used made by sertan block ( fences, bricks, slabs, etc... )

2) General housing. ( 3-5 people )
Players must make nice homes. 1.5 H

Judging:
Size ( bigger then better )
Looks ( make houses not toilets )
Decorating ( the most important one. gives doubble points )
Originality: ( be original, dont copy others ideas you seen on youtube )

3) Grand Finale (2 people )
It's going to be surprise 3 H.

Judging:

3 Things. Will be announced in end of the round.

Lets just say redstone will be included.

PS: Audience will be voting. Judges will say their best and give points. People watching stream will have most of the deciding power. Also redstone usage will give you some extra points.

Hi there, its kp. Just now (1:58 pm 12/17/2011), I was looking for something that I could get for Christmas, and I thought to myself "Hey! Why don't I get me a capture card to record my gaming for xbox!" The idea seemed good, but what should I get was the real problem. I went looking for some good capture cards to use, but none of the information was really useful, and I was afraid that if I buy a random capture card some of the following might happen: The quality is terrible along with the audio, It might easily break or doesn't work, and that the capture card is just a scam. I'm looking for people to write up articles for the Drift Apex weblog. We are accepting volunteers only, meaning that we can't pay you.

Articles that you may write for Drift Apex may be anything related to gaming and technology. For example, you may write about reviews, news, trailer overviews, and so on. Your goal is to bring the latest news and events to the reader. There is always going to be something new to write and check out.

Being a writer at Drift Apex will make a great addition to your resume.

If you are interested in becoming a writer, you must:

Be ready for a short interview with a Drift Apex editor.
Be ready to submit your first article as part of the interview to let us view your writing skills.

Computer Specs Box

I added a computer specifications box to your profiles. It's an optional field and allows you to share your computer specs for others to see. To add info into it, go to the 'edit profile' page in the User CP.

What I want to know from you guys is if I should remove this field because it is redundant and not needed or if I should keep it there?

I was looking and I realized there's no specific place to discuss things like different video game developers. Talk about the things you like about certain developers, and things you think others could do better. Maybe discuss pros and cons of indie developers vs. big name developers.

O.k., many people have many theories that Herobrine was added and removed into minecraft 11 times, or that Herobrine was removed in the 11th update. Both of which I do not believe, but there is one theory I might believe, and that theory is that the Endermen is the 11th mob, and that is what is going on in the music disk, but I mixed that theory with my own, and that it was the creation of the Endermen, that they were once human. Please post your ideas and your beliefs in the comments.
